Who we are
This website is run by Sculpted India. For any question about your details, write to info@sculptedindia.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address and message, and, if you add them, your phone number and the artist or artwork you are asking about.
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to answer your enquiry and follow it up, and newsletter addresses only to send you occasional news of exhibitions, artists and public art. We never sell or rent your details.
Who handles it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives each form directly from your browser and emails it to us at info@sculptedindia.com. It may keep a copy of what you send.
- Google Workspace hosts that inbox.
- Vercel hosts this website.
FormSubmit and Vercel, like any online service, also see technical details such as your IP address and browser type. These services may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any purchase that follows, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
At any time you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop sending you the newsletter. Write to info@sculptedindia.com and we will act on your request promptly.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
